Product Updates and Maintenance

Updates are delivered through Native Access. If an update is available, it will appear in your Native Access app under the “Available updates” section. Simply click “Update” to install the latest version.

Updates are designed to be backward compatible. However, we recommend backing up your project and verifying compatibility before updating, especially if you’re in the middle of a production cycle.

Updates are free for all licensed users. If a major paid expansion or new version is released as a separate product, it will be clearly indicated.

We inform customers and subscribers about updates via email. Native Access will also display the latest version and any available updates when you log in.

You can re-download and reinstall the library through Native Access using your original serial number. Make sure you’re logged into the same Native Instruments account used for the initial activation.

Updates may include improvements, features, or new content. Major additions are typically paid expansions, but we may include new sounds in free updates at our discretion.
