Velocity Panel #

Customize how the instrument responds to your playing by adjusting the velocity curve. This ensures accurate translation of keyboard input into expressive dynamic output, adapting to your personal touch and playing style.

Velocity Panel

Velocity Panel Toggle #

Opens or closes the Velocity Panel, giving quick access to velocity response settings.

Curve Selector Buttons #

Choose one of three curve types to define how input velocity maps to output dynamics:

Bezier: A flexible, smooth curve ranging from linear to concave or convex, ideal for shaping gradual dynamic transitions.

Shelf: A stepped curve ranging from linear to S-shaped (concave or convex), allowing emphasis or compression of specific velocity ranges for more controlled dynamic response.

Fixed: Sends a constant velocity value regardless of input, useful for consistent dynamics in programmed or percussive parts.

Curve Display Slider #

Drag up or down to visually shape the selected response curve. This direct interaction provides real-time feedback, allowing precise control over how input velocity affects dynamics.
